A month-long health and fitness challenge designed to help you remain consistent, measure meaningful progress and develop sustainable habits with support from the Horizon Fitness Al Khuwair community.

5 OMR ENTRY
Lose to Win is about consistency, healthier choices and measurable progress—not shortcuts or extreme routines.
Participants will complete an initial body assessment, follow their own responsible training and nutrition routine, receive general guidance from Horizon Fitness coaches and return for scheduled progress assessments. Progress will be recognised at the final awards ceremony.

Safety Note
Participants must not use extreme dieting, intentional dehydration, unsafe supplements or excessive exercise to influence their measurements. Anyone with an injury, health condition or concern should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before participating.
The challenge is open to existing Horizon Fitness members and non-members.

Safeguarding: The competitive weight-change category is limited to adults aged 18 and above. Participants aged 16 or 17 require parent or guardian consent and will be placed in an appropriately supervised health-led participation category without applying adult weight-loss targets.
Registered non-members will receive eight access vouchers for Horizon Fitness Al Khuwair Mixed. Vouchers may be used on Thursdays and Saturdays during the official challenge period.

Every visit must be recorded through reception check-in.
Participating Basic members may attend eligible group fitness classes on Thursdays and Saturdays during the challenge, subject to the conditions explained during the mandatory briefing.
Qualifying participants will be recognised during the final awards ceremony on 10 September 2026.

Your place is confirmed after the 5 OMR participation fee has been paid, your initial assessment has been scheduled and the required waiver has been accepted.
A: Yes. Non-members are welcome and will receive eight challenge access vouchers for Thursdays and Saturdays.
A: Registration costs 5 OMR and includes the official challenge kit and scheduled assessments.
A: The challenge is held at Horizon Fitness Al Khuwair Mixed.
A: Yes. The initial assessment records your starting measurements and is required to evaluate final progress.
A: The challenge includes a general healthy-habits booklet. Personalised medical or nutrition advice must come from an appropriately qualified professional.
A: Challenge access and membership rewards are valid only at Horizon Fitness Al Khuwair Mixed unless Horizon confirms otherwise.
